Machine Documentation

AutoIC LLC writes the procedures that keep your machines running when your best people aren't standing next to them. For every machine we build five short documents: a fault response sheet, a startup and shutdown checklist, a setup and changeover sheet, a daily and weekly maintenance checklist, and a line-down quick reference with drawing locations, isolation points, lockout/tagout steps, critical spares, and who to call.

Each page is one or two pages of plain steps, written for the person at the machine, with photos where position matters. We work with your operators and your most experienced tech on real runs and real repairs, write down what they know, and put the working copy right at the machine, so it's there at 2 a.m. when something stops and nobody on shift has seen it before. When the machine changes, the page changes with it.

Already have a floor full of equipment? We start with the machines that cost you the most when they stop and work outward. Adding something new? Documentation comes with delivery, commissioning, and operator training. Either way we Keep It Super Simple: if a page can't be used half-awake at the machine, we rewrite it.
